Shipping policy

We’re all about getting your essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible! At IT GIRL. ESSENTIALS, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package’s journey.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your IT GIRL. ESSENTIALS pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags still attached.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email Us: Contact our customer service team at [your contact email] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Return Your Item: Once approved, send your item(s) back to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at 1itgirlessentials@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
